This painting is a study of one of many valleys and cliff sides surrounding the Dunnotar Castle area. A wee trickling waterfall is nestled within the lush ferns of this perfect picnic view.
The Scotland Collection is an ongoing body of work that draws visual reference from a road trip my wife and I took through Scotland in spring of 2023. It is inspired by queer ancestry and what their lives might have been like, imbued with my personal experiences of love, friendship, and queerness. Read more here.
